This 20 minutes session will teach you deep relaxation. Consequently you will feel re-energised and ready for the challenges of the day. You can listen to this recording at any time you wish during the day. It will give you a nice bust of energy for the rest of the day when listened to in early after noon.

You will be guided throughout the session, all you need to do is just follow the instructions and enjoy your time. The method is based on the most recent researches in the field of stress reduction. It is called a meditation but it could just be called a relaxation session.

Please find a comfortable position in an armchair or laying down in your bed. You should NOT listen to this recording when driving. Make sure you are not disturbed for the duration of the session.
