Relaxation Is Not A Doing

This is a guided meditation to help you relax your body and mind. It is based on the insight that relaxation is not a doing but just a permission you give to your body to be just the way it is in this moment. By accepting whatever it is in the present moment we stop creating tension and we drop naturally in that space of calm and stillness within ourselves.

You will be guided during the whole session. There will be my voice guiding you at times and also spaces of silence.

All you need to do is to find a quiet place where you are not likely to be disturbed for the next 30 minutes.

You can lay down or sit comfortably in an armchair. The only important thing about the position of the body is that it is truly comfortable and you do not need to move all the time during the meditation.

This meditation is done with closed eyes.
